Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under our guarantee, you must:

1. Complete All Required Tasks

  • Provide requested information, assets, and access within agreed timelines
  • Complete onboarding questionnaires and strategy sessions
  • Approve or provide feedback on deliverables within 5 business days
  • Implement recommended changes or actions within your control

2. Follow Our Strategic Process

  • Implement our recommended strategy consistently
  • Not make major changes to targeting, messaging, or approach without consultation
  • Allow the full 90-day period for results to manifest
  • Not run conflicting marketing campaigns that undermine our strategy

3. Maintain Service Requirements

  • Keep your account in good standing (no missed payments)
  • Not violate our Terms of Service
  • Use our services for lawful business purposes only

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow this process:

Step 3: Resolution

Refund approved, partial refund offered, alternative resolution, or detailed explanation if denied.

Step 4: Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.

What Is NOT Covered

Our guarantee does not apply in the following situations:

  • Work already delivered and accepted: Content, graphics, or strategy documents you've reviewed and approved
  • Client non-compliance: Failure to provide required information or implement recommendations
  • External factors: Platform changes, market conditions, or force majeure events beyond our control
  • Unrealistic expectations: KPIs or results not agreed to in writing at project start

Sprint Package Refund Policy

Our Sprint packages operate differently from monthly retainers: No refunds after work begins.

Sprint packages are intensive, time-bound projects with all deliverables defined upfront. Once we begin work, we allocate dedicated resources to your project. We'll work through revisions until deliverables meet the agreed specification.

Monthly Retainer Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly retainer service at any time with 30 days written notice.

No refund for the current billing month. We'll complete any in-progress work agreed for the current month, and no further charges after the notice period ends.

Note: The 90-day guarantee does not apply if you cancel before the 90-day period ends.
