1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Get Growth OS, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Get Growth OS provides:

• Social media marketing services
• Lead generation systems
• Content creation and strategy
• Marketing consultation

Service specifics are outlined in individual agreements.

3. Service Packages

Sprint Package (£997): 30-day intensive social media setup

Growth Package (£2,500/mo): Full social media management

Premium Package (£4,000/mo): Complete growth system

Packages include services as described on our pricing page. Custom packages available.

4. Payment Terms

• Sprint: Full payment upfront
• Monthly packages: Payment due on the 1st of each month
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Guarantee

90-day money-back guarantee: If you don't see measurable results within 90 days, we'll refund your investment. Guarantee subject to client completing required tasks.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts and materials
• Respond to requests within reasonable timeframes
• Comply with platform terms of service
• Provide accurate information

7. Cancellation Policy

Sprint: No refunds after work begins

Monthly: 30 days notice required. No refunds for current month.

Guarantee applies as specified in Section 5.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created remains your property. We retain the right to showcase work in portfolios with your permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Get Growth OS is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
